Payment
What are your accepted methods of payment?
You can pay with a check, Zelle, Direct Deposit, or Cash.
When is my payment due?
If you pay by Cash, Zelle, Check, or Direct deposit, the payment is due on the invoice date.
Do you take donations?
Omenela Group takes donations. It is not required but truly appreciated. The grants are given to the Doorman, Valet, and Security Guards of Omenela Group at the end of each year. Thank you!
Membership
How do I become a member?
To become a member, you have to sign a service contract.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, call, email, or write us a letter 30 days before the contract expires. (30 days’ notice)
What if I am not a member? Can I still get the services?
Yes, but we will take the payment before performing any services.
Billing
When are the customer service and billing departments open?
Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm.
Can I get a refund for the services?
No, unfortunately, we can not give a refund.
If I requested service for 8 hours, then changed the time during the service. Do I get a refund?
No, we will still charge the price for 8 hours.
Will I get a refund if I pay Omenela Group and do not receive services?
Yes! You can only get a refund if Omenela Group does not provide service.
Insurance
Do you have business Insurance?
Yes, we have Professional Liability (E&O) coverage.
What is the meaning of (E&O)?
Errors & Omissions Insurance covers lawsuits or claims made by your clients that your services caused them financial harm.
Does your Contractor have Insurance?
Yes, they have Worker’s Compensation.
